30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged physical products within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and health regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food items
- Seasonings, rubs, or sauces that have been opened or used
- Any consumable products with broken seals
- Damaged items due to customer misuse
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email Support@beardedbbq.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing Support@beardedbbq.com with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
