Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select international destinations including the United Kingdom and European Union. International orders use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, meaning customs duties and import taxes are pre-calculated and included in your total at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, opened seasonings, sauces, and rubs cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at Support@beardedbbq.com with your order number.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our standard return process. Contact us immediately at Support@beardedbbq.com if you need to cancel.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@beardedbbq.com and include photos of the damage. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
