The Bearded Mary Bloody Mary Cocktail

Ingredients

The Cocktail

  • 2 oz Vodka (or tequila for a Bloody Maria)
  • 4 oz Bloody Mary mix
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Prepared horseradish
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Ice

The Bearded Touch

  • ½ tsp OG BBQ BLEND Seasoning
  • 3–5 dashes BEARD OF FIRE Hot Sauce

Rim Mix

  • Coarse salt or celery salt
  • OG BBQ BLEND Seasoning
  • Mix 50/50 ratio

Garnish

  • Celery stalk
  • Crispy bacon strip
  • Pickle spear
  • Lemon wedge
  • Olives (optional)
Pro tip: Go big on the garnish. A Bearded Mary isn’t just a drink — it’s a statement. Skewer up that bacon, pickle, and olives like you mean it.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rim

Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a tall pint glass or Mason jar. Dip into your 50/50 blend of coarse salt and OG BBQ BLEND Seasoning. Set aside.

  2. Build the Base

In a mixing glass or shaker tin, combine: vodka, Bloody Mary mix, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, black pepper, ½ tsp OG BBQ BLEND, and 3–5 dashes of BEARD OF FIRE Hot Sauce.

  3. Roll It

Add ice and roll the mixture back and forth between two glasses 4–5 times. Rolling (not shaking) keeps the texture thick and avoids over-dilution.

  4. Pour & Fill

Fill your rimmed glass with fresh ice. Strain the mixture over the ice, leaving a little room at the top for garnishes.

  5. Garnish Like You Mean It

Load up a skewer with crispy bacon, a pickle spear, olives, and a lemon wedge. Add a celery stalk. Optional: dust the top with a pinch of OG BBQ BLEND for extra swagger.

Finish line: Serve immediately. A Bearded Mary waits for no one.
