These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bearded BBQ website and any purchases made through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Description of Goods

Bearded BBQ sells physical consumer goods including, but not limited to, barbecue seasonings, rubs, sauces, cooking accessories, grilling tools, apparel, and related branded merchandise. All products are sold for personal consumer use unless otherwise stated.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions or images are error-free or that products will always be available. Product appearance may vary due to packaging updates or display differences.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without notice.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and its supported payment methods. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information is accurate and complete. Bearded BBQ CO. LLC does not store full payment card details.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Order confirmation emails confirm receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms.

If an order is canceled after payment is processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the returns process.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States to all 50 states. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged physical products within 30 days of delivery.

Due to food safety and health regulations, opened food items, seasonings, sauces, rubs, or other consumable products are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, you must email Support@beardedbbq.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund processing times may vary by payment provider but typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact Bearded BBQ directly at Support@beardedbbq.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and denial of future service. All disputes are handled in accordance with Stripe’s dispute resolution procedures.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing Support@beardedbbq.com and including photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the promotion. Promotions may be modified or terminated at any time and cannot be applied retroactively.

Food Safety

Our seasonings, rubs, and sauces are produced following food safety standards. However, customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review ingredient lists and nutritional information. We are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from product consumption.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, product names, and branding, is the property of BEARDED BBQ CO. LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

User Content and Reviews

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant BEARDED BBQ CO. LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except for disputes qualifying for small claims court. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEARDED BBQ CO. LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
